The Full Story

Fox Hill Dilly Designs was founded in 2008.  As the sole artisan, I come from a long line of artists from the Burnside clan in The Bahamas.  As a child I would have dreams of adding embellishments to shoes, jewelry and handbags.  Today, I feel blessed that I get to realize those dreams as a designer, who bridges art with fashion to create accessories that enhance outfits.  My specialty is using textiles like Androsia batik (from The Bahamas) and African print and crafting them into unique one of a kind pieces of art that can be worn as jewelry, handbags and other accessories.  My artistry is inspired by things I see everyday in nature, people, colors, etc. Loaded with Caribbean vibrancy, Fox Hill Dilly Designs is an eclectic infusion of diverse cultural and fashion perspectives, such as urban, funk, modern, and classic. I also custom design jewelry to the specification of my customers.
